Shipping & Returns
Moss Kids products are available to ship Australia-wide.
Regular shipping incurs a flat rate fee of $10, Aus post/Sendle regular shipping has an estimated arrival time of 5-10 days once dispatched.
Express shipping incurs a flat rate fee of $15, Aus post express shipping has an estimated arrival time of 1-2 days once dispatched.
We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Returns
We will allow a change of mind return for a store credit, provided that the item in question is:
- An item that was not purchased at a sale price.
- Returned within 7 days of purchase.
- In original purchased condition with tags attached.
- Has not been worn.
- Not damaged in any way.
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to return your item for a store credit.
All Items with a ‘Final Sale’ disclaimer cannot be returned for change of mind reasons. We do not offer returns on sale items so please choose carefully when shopping with us.
Moss Kids takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us or are damaged in transit. Please take care in wrapping your return item/s safely and securely.
To request a return, you can contact us at moss-kids@outlook.com with your order number and order date in your subject line.
All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will assess your returned item/s to ensure they comply with our returns policy. Refunds in the form of a store credit will be processed within 10 business days.
Item/s that were bought during a sale or discount promotion will be store credited for the amount paid for the item i.e. the listed price for that item at time of order less the discount applied.
Faulty/Damaged Items
Here at Moss Kids we pride ourselves on packing each and every order in house and checking all garments before they arrive at your door. In the rare event that the item received is faulty please email us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@zajathelabel.com.au for us to then review further.
Please note that the garment you are returning should be in its unaltered condition as received, unworn/unused, and with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to replace the garment if necessary, if the garment cannot be replaced a full refund will be issued.
Non-returnable items
All items marked with a final sale disclaimer cannot be returned for change of mind reasons. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on final sale items.
Store Credits
Store credits issued are non-refundable for a cash amount. Store credits have an expiry of 2 years from date of issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order with your store credit after your return has been finalised.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not redeemable for a cash amount. Gift cards have an expiry of 2 years from date of issue.
